The world is currently facing a shortage of 7.2 million healthcare professionals, estimated to rise to 12.9 million by 2035, says WHO & Global Health Workforce Alliance. India’s density of skilled health professionals (15.2 per 10,000 population) is far below the global threshold of 22.8 — directly impacting India’s goal of Universal Health Coverage.

We work closely with industries to identify skilling needs and empower rural youth with meaningful training leading to dignified employment. We also foster entrepreneurship, helping youth start micro and small businesses within their communities.
